Have always been referred to as training “accessories”, however, those have spent enough time in the gym know they are more than that, in fact, hand wraps are one of the most essential training equipment, second only to boxing gloves.
The support hand wraps provide is exceptional due to it's extreme adaptability, it is the only piece of equipment that can be custom fit every time you use them, with endless possibilities of patten and tension.
Many products have been introduced to the martial arts and boxing communities as “less hassle” replacements, but nothing even comes close to the support and effectiveness of the traditional wraps. On the other hand, using hand wraps has proven to be a hassle indeed, not much during training, but after when the gruesome tasks come back to haunt us, from having to roll them up nice and tight, making sure they are flat all they way through, to making sure they are both in one place to be easily found next session, and of course, washing them.
WRAP WIZ have been created out of necessity to eliminate all the problems associated with using hand wraps. Designed by martial artist Yazid Eid founder of YAZ PRO GEAR, the Wiz began as a home made kit used to roll one wrap at a time, it proved so effective that Yaz began developing the concept to to be able to roll, de crease, hold BOTH wraps, and also be used as a secure washing bag where wraps keep their shape after the wash.
The first prototype was a great success, not that good looking at the time, but it worked perfectly, so perfect in fact, that Yaz was able to obtain a patent for the Wrap Wiz for all it's functions.
Since then more improvements have been made on the design to make it more compact, more effective, and much more attractive.
